Most moms spend their first decade of motherhood in the weeds…

  • feeling impatient, burned out, and exhausted
  • being overwhelmed by mental to-do lists
  • living in a chaotic environment
  • struggling to balance raising kids with building a career
  • weighed down by guilt and shame
  • completely detached from the woman she used to be

In the second decade of motherhood, we add to that list…

  • learning to let go as your kids become more independent
  • experiencing hormonal fluctuations
  • caring for aging/ailing parents
  • reaching the peak of your career

  • anticipating major milestones like college and retirement

Hi! We’re Amanda and Rachel.

We know the struggles all too well!

We spent the first decade of motherhood waking up exhausted, fumbling through never-ending days, chasing after little ones, neglecting housework, feeling clouded by guilt, cherishing every moment, AND counting the minutes until bedtime.

As our kids got older, the chaos didn’t go away, it simply took on different shapes and sizes. Then, once we reached the second decade of motherhood, life shifted considerably. Add to that the fact that we are now in our forties and suddenly life requires a whole new user manual.

We created The BIZI Method to provide moms with the tools to navigate the second decade with peace of mind. We discovered that when we simplify, systemize and customize the process, we reclaim our time, energy, and identity.
