Hey GIRL (that’s you, our Grace In the Race Ladies):
How are you?
No, really, how are you doing? Leave us a comment below and hit us with all the feels.
The past four and a half months have been challenging, to say the least. If you’re like us, you’ve been chugging online content like you’re Joey Chestnut, desperate to bring closure to so many unknowns. The information is suffocating and yet yields few answers. This disconnect between questions and answers is difficult to process and leaves us void of inner peace.
Moms are fixers. In most situations, we have the tools to arrive at a resolution. We have that magic gift of being able to find that missing item that “everyone has already looked for everywhere!” But, mid-pandemic, we feel at a loss MOST of the time. And so we get back on the hamster wheel and pour into the internet, desperate for answers, only to wind up right back in the malaise of information overload.
Information overload is a real thing and should come with a warning label: CAUTION – MAY CAUSE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, FEAR, TEARS, DELIRIUM, INSOMNIA, EXHAUSTION, IMPOSSIBLE CONUNDRUMS AND, POOPY-TUMMY.
It’s that serious!
So, this week, we’re switching gears. Instead of leading you to more content, we’ve scaled it back to give your mind a break. We’ve compiled some very manageable ways to regain your peace of mind with grace – and minimal clicks – because with all of the heavy things to decipher in the world right now, don’t you sometimes wish someone would just tell you what to do?
Now, full disclosure – the suggested “try this” list found in this newsletter is not a ticket to coast. The secret sauce to peace of mind is getting your ducks back in a row to regain order in your mind and in your surroundings. So, buckle your… yoga pants and prepare your heart for a little tough love; because Mama, you’re worth it!
Commit to giving these things a try this week and let us know what you find helpful. Unless of course, you’re not in need of peace or grace. In which case, we’re interested in learning more about your magical powers and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.
Finally, we have some exciting announcements – the details for our upcoming productivity series are now available (below). We’d be delighted for you to join us for that! And, we’re also giving you a sneak-peek at our newest project: MotherHood. Our productivity series will take place “there” – read more about that below as well!
Thank you for being here. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and may it kick off an extraordinary week!
Love & Grace,
Rachel (& Amanda)

p.s. We hope our weekly newsletter positively impacts you and inspires you to give yourself (and others) grace. If so, leave us a reply in the comment section below. Additionally, we invite you to forward it to a friend and encourage her to subscribe as well!
